Strategic and Tactical Plan Development
Our strategic and tactical planning process consists of 26 questions. We will hold two or more workshops depending on the size and scope of your practice and on the number of target markets your practice needs to focus on. We will cover all of the steps of the Marketing Formula for Unlimited Growth in detail. The process culminates with:
A snapshot of your strategy for each target market in a primary letter format. You will use this template as a guide to creating content for all of your promotion, including websites, blogs, videos, social media, emailers, advertising, brochures, direct mailers, etc. In most cases, the length of each letter ranges between one and four pages.
A custom tactical plan document, which includes an action plan that defines the specific targets for each market. We recommend assigning all targets with timelines for completion and identifying the individual(s) responsible for carrying out each respective task. The tactical plan also includes budgeting, statistical management, and analysis of the results of carrying out the tactical plan targets. The cost of this project depends on the size of your practice and the number of target markets you need to address.
